What changes when you unsubscribe.
This only turns off UYB product emails. It does not delete your account, journals, profile, or in-app status updates.
Journal reminder settings live in Profile and can be managed without turning marketing back on.
Unsubscribe does not need journal answers, drafts, reveals, solo notes, invite links, or partner labels.
Unsubscribe should never ask for private journal content, passwords, one-time codes, OAuth tokens, screenshots with private writing, or another person's words.
